Blanc Boutique Cleveland offers returns for store credit ONLY ( NO REFUNDS NO EXCEPTIONS). *Once orders have been placed no changes or cancellations can be made. Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving an order to receive store credit. After the 7th day, the item is considered a final sale.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can see the updated status of your order in real time. To do this, click the tracking number or input the tracking number into the USPS website.

Can I remove items from my order?

Unfortunately once the order is placed, we will have to cancel the entire order and have a new order placed to make changes to it. This ensures that there are no mistakes when shipping the new order out.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. Please contact us as soon as possible to ensure that we do not ship your order. Once shipped, we aren’t able to cancel.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?

In the rare event of receiving an incorrect item, please contact us immediately and we will swap it for the correct item.

Will out-of-stock items be restocked?

If an item is out-of-stock, we will try our best to restock it as soon as possible. If there is no stock, we will remove it from the website.
